p_access displays historical parcel access. Updates to this layer stopped when the GIS parcel boundary maintenance was migrated to the Parcel Fabric data model. Parcel access includes areas on private property, such as a driveway between adjacent parcels or even extensions of public roads on or through private property. The areas delineated may not be legal easements. Parcel Access is derived from a combination of Assessor Record Maps, deeds, Records of Survey, Development Services Addressing Maps, and orthophotos. It does not provide or imply any complete definition for use, status, or other legal concern.
Known Errors/Qualifications: Line features may or may not imply access width. This Parcel Access layer is incomplete as there is currently no process in place to identify and include all unclear parcel access paths.
