Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Survey blocks layer was created because many legal descriptions would call to a certain corner of a block and lot. We had a hard time retracing those legals and needed a quick way to locate those within the GIS mapping system. This layer was created by using 1860's maps found in the Recorder's office. An initial creation took place, then cleaned up and snapped to parcel lines to better represent all layers together.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
